Kamal Hassan’s younger daughter Akshara Haasan is all set to make acting debut, says the buzz from Kollywood. Veteran director Mani Ratnam, who is planning a bilingual in Telugu and Tamil, has roped in Akshara as the female lead, reports say.
Mani Ratnam is in plans to make a romantic entertainer as his next with Karthik’s son Gowtham in the lead. Mani is in search for a fresh face to play the heroine role and he feels that Akshara fits the bill perfectly.
Kamal and Mani Ratnam share good rapport and the former won’t say no to the latter at all. Akshara too is keen on building a career in film industry. She wants to be a director but looks like destiny has other plans for her.
