Balakrishna’s latest release Sri Rama Rajyam is going to have a special screening on November 28 at the International Film Festival in Goa. The film will be screened for around 500 international journalists. The entire event is going to be organized by Government of India. The event will commence from the last week of November.
Sri Rama Rajyam has extraordinary special effects along with wonderful story line depicted well by veteran director Bapu. The film was made on a whopping budget has opened to positive talk. The film is based on the story of Lava-Kusa. Balayya acted as Lord Rama and Nayanthara portrayed the role of Sita. ANR has appeared as Valmiki Maharshi. Ilayaraja has scored music for the film. Yalamanchili Sai Baba is the producer.
Balakrishna’s most awaited film of the year,Sri Rama Rajyam is all set to release on November 10th. The movie is made under the direction of Bapu and produced by Yalamanchili Saibabu on Sri Saibaba Movies. Maestro Ilayaraja composed music for this devotional album which is making waves in the audio market at the moment.
Latest buzz about this movie is that veteran actress turned politician Roja is seen in a prominent role in this movie. sources says that she has played the role of 'Bhoodevi'. Bhoomata is mother of seeta. Nayanthara is acting as seeta and Balakrishna is acting as lord Rama. This is touted to be a remake of Lava Kusa movie.
When all the other producers that are planning to release their films for Dussera are announcing about the release date, producer of Sri Rama Rajyam is still not confirming the same. Yalamanchili Saibaba previously stated that this film would release on Dussera.
There is neither publicity nor other activity which gives a clear idea about the release date of Sri Rama Rajyam. Looking at the trend, the makers of SRR might hold the release back as few star studded mass entertainers are releasing in this season. Sri Rama Rajyam is a devotional film and it needs some space to make an impact.
The audio of this film is slowly climbing the charts. It will be a wise idea to postpone the release of Sri Rama Rajyam, so that the audio will get more time to get popular among the film going people.
