After Shruti Haasan opting out of NTR Jr Dammu movie due to call sheet problems, Kajal was approached and the deal was almost finalized. But Kajal too couldn’t accommodate bulk dates for Dammu and hence the makers have now replaced her with Trisha.
This would be the first ever film for Trisha with NTR. Despite being among the top heroines league for so long, Trisha never acted with NTR till date. She paired opposite almost all the top heroes but somehow missed out on NTR’s film.
Karthika will play the second female lead in this film. This film is being directed by Boyapati Srinu under Creative Commercials banner. It will be ready for release by summer.
