Comedian Sunil, who has struck gold with Maryada Ramanna as the lead man is currently concentrating only on films which cast him as hero. He is not even interested to take up comedy characters even in his friends films.
Sunil realized that there is no comedy hero in Tollywood right now except for Allari Naresh. Telugu audiences have always loved to watch comedies, but there is no other hero except Naresh to fill in that slot. In the past actors like Rajendra Prasad and Naresh used to compete with each other.
So Sunil decided to cash in on that vacuum and is signing up films only as a hero. Earlier he waited to work under noted directors, but is now open for any director. Let us see if he could turn out to be the other option for comedy films or not.
